Manuscrit donné en 1709 à François-Roger de Gaignières par l'abbé de Castres.
Unique témoin connu de la traduction en occitan des Flores chronicorum de Bernard Gui. Les premiers mots ont disparu. Commence par : "enso los noms dels apostolis que fora...". Un second exemplaire a été détruit en 1871 dans l'incendie de la bibliothèque de l'ordre des avocats de Paris.
