The original foliation is incorrect after fol. 43, and the MS. has been refoliated from there in pencil.   • On fol. 1 and on fol. 64, there is the signature of 'Ottaviano Archiatro', i.e. Ottaviano Buccarini, Papal Physician to Pope Gregory XIV [1535-1591], who became Pope in 1590 and died the next year.
