Les quatre évangiles adaptés à l'usage liturgique : 1(ff. 7-54) Matthieu ; un feuillet manque après f. 30v, avec les mots μαθηταί μου παραϐαίνουσιν — ἦλθεν παρὰ τὴν θάλασσαν (15, 2-29). A la fin du texte évangélique deux vers (v. Soden, p. 383, 39). 2(ff. 56-84v) Marc. 3(ff. 86-135) Luc. 4(ff. 137-173) Jean.
Six feuillets de papier ont été ajoutés au début du volume, dus à une main du XVe siècle. Ils contiennent : a(ff. 1-6) fragment de synaxaire depuis le dimanche de la 14e semaine de Luc (Gregory, Textkritik..., pp. 358-364) ; b(f. 6v) souscriptions des évangiles. A la fin, vingt-six feuillets de papier (XVIe siècle), soit : a(ff. 174-179v) ménologe ; b(ff. 179v-199) synaxaire.
