Encyclopédie divisée en 3 maqālāt (f. 91, 217 et 314), dont le 3e traite de la géographie, composée vers 740H./1340 par Ḥamd-ullāh Bakr b. Ḥamd al-Mustawfī al-Qazvīnī (680H./1281-750H./1349).

Autres copies à la B.N. : Persan 128, Persan 139, Persan 160 ; Supplément persan 360, 361 et 1440 ; Supplément persan 1033 est (cf. note du f. 1 de Persan 127) une table du contenu du 3emaqāla (soit f. 314-504) de Persan 127, dressée par L. Langlès (?) et renvoyant à la pagination du XVIIe s.

Provient de la bibliothèque de M. Thévenot (n° 73). Peut-être les deux notes figurant en marge des f. 336v et 346v, indiquant une collation avec le volume actuellement coté Persan 139, et la pagination 1-377 des f. 314 à 504 sont-elles de sa main. Au f. 1 notice latine de la même main (F. Pétis ?) que celles de Persan 94, Persan 118, etc. Une notice latine de Renaudot et une notice signée d'Armain (n° 295) sont collées en tête du volume.
