Provient de la collection du cardinal Nicolò Ridolfi ; le bibliothécaire de ce dernier, Matthieu Devaris, a copié au f. (1)v une courte description du contenu du volume ainsi que plusieurs cotes : n°59 τῆς β' κιβωτοῦ, n° 59 della seconda cassa et n° 89 tertiae ; au-dessus du pinax le parchemin a été gratté mais on distingue que le contenu du volume y avait déjà été décrit une première fois par Matthieu Devaris. Au recto du même feuillet de garde figure la description suivante, qui ne correspond pas au contenu du manuscrit : Olympiodorus et Ioannes Grammaticus in Meteora.
