Commanditaire initial du manuscrit inconnu. Au f. 109v, annotations grattées d'un ancien possesseur. Le manuscrit a appartenu à la famille Lapisse, à Soissons.
Vente Ambroise Firmin-Didot (1879, n°6).
Acquis par Auguste Lesouëf, ce volume a fait partie de sa collection, donnée en 1913 par ses héritières Madeleine et Jeanne Smith à la Bibliothèque Nationale (don 36480), conservée jusqu’en 1980 à la Bibliothèque Smith-Lesouëf de Nogent-sur-Marne, puis répartie entre les différents départements de la Bibliothèque Nationale.
