Ce ms. a appartenu à Claude Joly, chantre de Notre-Dame, qui a inscrit son nom au contreplat sup. ("Cl. Joly canonic. eccl. Paris. cujus est hoc mss."). En 1680, Claude Joly l'a légué à la bibliothèque du chapitre de Notre-Dame de Paris, dont il porte l'ex-libris "A la bibliotheque de l'Eglise de Paris", suivi de la cote B2 (XVIIe s., f. 1v).

Estampilles Bibliothèque Royale Ancien Régime, 1735-1791, modèle identique à Josserand-Bruno 275 et pl. type 14 et Bibliothèque impériale, 1852-1870, modèle avec la mention "MSS." proche de Josserand-Bruno, 289 et pl. type 36.
