Seconde partie d'un volume contenant l'ensemble des homélies de S. JEAN CHRYSOSTOME in Genesim. Le premier texte (f. 2) est la fin de l'homélie 32, à partir des mots τοῦ ἡμετέρου δεσπότου ἡμεῖς τὰ παρ' ἑαυτῶν. (M. 53, 305, 16) ; le dernier, ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν ἔσονται τὴν σήν (hom. 67 ; M. 54, 576, 18). A l'hom. 35, manquent les mots πα]ρόντων τὴν κατάστασιν — ἀλλὰ τί πάθω (M. 331, 8-48), la moitié extérieure du f. 27 ayant été coupée.
Les ff. 1r.v et 257r.v arrachés d'un ms. du XIe siècle (parchemin, mm. 345 x 210, 2 col., 33 lignes) contiennent un fragment de la vie de sainte Mélanie (BHG. 1242), depuis τὴν δὲ πρὸς αὐτὴν φιλίαν jusqu'à ηὐλαϐεῖτο τὴν εἴσοδον (M. 116, 777 D 8-784 Α 6).
Écriture curieuse, vraisemblablement imitée d'un exemplaire ancien. Les cahiers, notés originellement λςʹ — ξζ', ont été plus tard marqués de αʹ à λϐʹ.
