Histoire du manuscrit -
Dans la première moitié du XVIe siècle le manuscrit a appartenu au cardinal Niccolò Ridolfi: f. 1, marge inférieure, pinax de la main de Matthieu Devaris : Θεοδώρου τοῦ Λασκάρεως φυσικῆς κοινωνίας λόγοι ἕξ et la cote N° 88, f. 104v même pinax de la main de Nicolas Sophianos et cote N° 89 (v. Davide Muratore, La biblioteca del cardinale Niccolò Ridolfi, II, Alessandria 2009, p. 53). Comme les autres livres du cardinal Ridolfi, le manuscrit a ensuite appartenu à Pietro Strozzi et Catherine de Médicis : f. 1, marge supérieure, cote N° 93 quartae [sc. capsae], qui correspond partiellement aux indications qui figurent dans le catalogue des manuscrits de Catherine de Médicis transmis par le Vaticanus Reg. lat. 1491 (v. Muratore, op. cit., pp. 566 et 694). Avec la bibliothèque personnelle de Catherine de Médicis, le manuscrit entre à la Bibliothèque royale en 1599. Estampille de la Bibliothèque royale aux ff. 1 et 104v (n° 1 de Josserand-Bruno). Anciennes cotes Regius inscrites dans la marge supérieure du f. 1 : 968 (Dupuy), 2659 (Clément).
