The Author of the second work is noted by Wickersheimer in his Dictionnaire biographique des médecins en France au Moyen Age, who on the authority of Pecorari, states that he died on 13 July 1275 (S. v. Jean de Toleto. Vol. II, p. 493). The first work was printed in Rome in 1474, and there were several later editions.
