Psautier avec chaîne. Le début jadis perdu a été suppléé au mieux par quelques feuillets de papier arrachés d'un autre manuscrit (ps. 1-4, 7) ; un feuillet manque après 138v (ps. 61, 1-9) et après 144v (ps. 65, 9-20). Le texte sacré est entouré d'une chaîne disposée sur les marges extérieures, peut-être dérivée du type X de Karo-Lietzmann. Les auteurs cités sont Adrien (f. 64v), Alexandre (f. 121), Antioch. (f. 103), Apollinaire, Astérius, Athanase, Basile, Chrysostome, Cyrille, Denys, Didyme, Eusèbe, Grégoire de Nazianze, Grégoire de Nyssé, Hésychius, Hypatius, Isidore, Ix (Isaac ? ff. 55v. 69v), Jérôme (f. 84v), Origène, Symmaque (f. 149v), Théodore d'Antioche, Théodoret.
