Possesseurs: Agostino Patrizi, évêque de Pienza († 1496), d'après l'ex-libris du f. 1: «A. Patritii episcopi Pientini »; Fulvio Orsini († 1600), qui le prêta temporairement à Claude Dupuy aux alentours de 1570 (cf. P. de Nolhac, op. cit. infra, p. 85).
