HISTOIRE DU MANUSCRIT. Le manuscrit a appartenu à Antonello Petrucci - au f. 1, en haut de la page, mention: "Secretario" et en bas de la page, titre italien: "Li acti de li apostoli" - avant d'être intégré, en 1488, en même temps que les autres livres des barons rebelles, dans la bibliothèque des rois aragonais de Naples. Il est décrit dans le catalogue alphabétique de la bibliothèque de Fontainebleau sous l'entrée "ΠΡΑΞΕΙΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΣΤΟΛΑΙ Γ" (v. Omont, Catalogues des manuscrits grecs de Fontainebleau sous François Ier et Henri II, p. 146). Cette description reprend la brève notice inscrite sur le deuxième folio de garde par Constantin Palaeocappa: + πράξεις τῶν ἀποστόλων καὶ ἐπιστολαὶ Παύλου. Au f. 1, anciennes cotes de la Bibliothèque royale: MDI (catalogue Rigault, 1622), 1641 (catalogue Dupuy, 1645) et 2870 (catalogue Clément, 1682).
