Liber quintus Canonis. Translated by Gerardus Cremonensis. Written in double column of 53 lines to a column. On the first leaf a large illuminated P in gold and colours: other capitals in alternate blue and red with floreations in red and purple, paragraph marks in alternate red and blue, headings in red. Numerous larger initials are only in outline, and many of the capitals are without decoration. Fol. 1 (red) Incipit liber quintus canone [sic] de medicina et / antidotarium, et cetera. / [P]Ostquam expediti / sumus in libris qua / tuor ... 35v, col.2 [Ends] ... coathi / .1. sunt. iii. oboli viii. sunt kerates xxiiii. / / (red) Expletus est liber Vus libri canonis / auicenne.
