- Frammento di foglio. - C'è una piccola porzione di pergamena attaccata al lato sinistro, in corrispondenza delle linee 8,15 del lato pelo e linee 10-14 del lato carne. Anche su tale porzione di pergamena vi è della scrittura: la mano appare simile, sebbene probabilmente non identica (cf. lettere α ed ε); essa è leggermente più grande. Non è possibile identificare il testo di questa piccola porzione, poiché vi si conservano solo poche lettere. Cf. Porter 2008, p. 111 e UC 1.A.
