  • Résumé : CCCC MS 423 is in three parts. The first is a sixteenth-century manuscript which contains a collection of letters and documents regarding the University of Oxford mostly relating to the church and theology, and a copy of the Ten Commandments in Middle English verse. The second and third parts, of the late fifteenth century, contain a collection of material on preaching including Thomas Penketh OESA (d. 1487), Ars sermocinandi, Simon Alcock (d. 1459), De modo dividendi themata, and sermons by Michael of Hungary (fl. c. 1450-1500).
